What would it be of use to the other person? And besides, your clients trusted you with those information, and might sue you if they found out that you divulged any info about them. Just explain to your co-renter that it should be confidential. With regards to the business owner, if you are his employee, he may ask for the records since your services is part of the company's services. Otherwise, he doesn't have the right to those papers. I did notice there's a tendency 4 some to ask what U would do almost like fishing for a diagnosis. Schools should stress it more that 1 of the reasons MT's get a bad rap is because it's exactly what Dr.'s R worried about. Us not having enough education, going where we shouldn't, guessing etc. Imagine if itsa fracture and a newer therapist calls it a sprain, decides 2 work on it, and ends up getting a lawsuit ?
