I Used the steroid creams, which kept it at bay. At the time I used to chew a lot of chewing gum, and also I used to use fluride toothpaste, and I showered daily, although I didn't do all these activities at the same time! Anyway, I stopped the gum, stopped using fluride toothpaste (fennel toothpaste nowadays) and I started having showers every other day. My docter says its well treatable. Anyway, dont wait too long, you better go see a docter asap. I waited for 6 months and its really bad now.
