I have psoriasis, I agree 100% that diet can make a diff. I stopped eating meat on advice of someone who had it and is now clear. My psoriasis has calmed down amazingly! i also take omega oils and avoid citrus or spicy foods. All i have now are pale white patches which are fading by the week!

Same here, diagnosed this morning and got several meds. My docter says its well treatable.
Anyway, dont wait too long, you better go see a docter asap. I waited for 6 months and its really terrible now. If it is psoriasis it wont go away by itself, it will only get worse. You dont want to wait till its in your face.

my brother has this really terrible. he use’s cream night and had the lights about 2 months ago…. there really excellent but as soon as you stop using them they start coming back and still have to use the creams. you get a lovely tan tho at the end of the course
fingers crossed one day there will be something that takes them away for excellent.

I used to have psoriasis a few years ago. I Used the steroid creams, which kept it at bay.
At the time I used to chew a lot of chewing gum, and also I used to use fluride toothpaste, and I showered daily, although I didn’t do all these activities at the same time!
Anyway, I stopped the gum, stopped using fluride toothpaste (fennel toothpaste nowadays) and I started having showers every other day.
Touch wood I’ve been clear of psoriasis for years, maybe it’s just a coincidence?!
