I have had 3 surgeries in a year and a half?

Gallbladder, tumor on my uterus and an ovarian cyst, resulting in the loss of the ovary. My skin and toe nails don't seem to be the same ever since. I am constantly itchy, all over my body to the point where I bruise. I scratch the surface so hard (even in my sleep!) that I break the skin and it looks like I have measles all over. I also have a rash on my left wrist and the whole top of my left foot. I thought it was psoriosis but I could be incorrect. Could it be from the medication from the hospital... still?

Are you jaundiced? (i.e. do you reckon you have a yellowish tinge on your skin and on the sclera of your eyes?) Pruritus is a very common complaint in people with jaundice and your gallbladder problems seem a clue to this. Are you passing urine normally, have you noticed that you are more bloated lately?
Was your gallbladder removed? If you give the details of that operation i might be able to help you better. But i would suggest going to the doctor. Do not feel embarassed, this is a very worthy cause to investigate. Some blood tests especially renal function and an Ultrasound might be worth doing.
Best of luck, you seem like you’ve have a very hard year.

Are you on med’s now? Could be allergies to lots of things, but
It sounds like you got Eczema, which is easily treated. If you do best recommendation for that is Elidel, fantastic stuff but prescription only. Stop scratching and get to a dermatologist or general physician. The more you scratch it’ll spread and ooze and nearly like poison ivy. Shower in cool/lukewarm but never warm or hot, it’ll get worse, and if your doing lotion stop. Most people it’s usually their laundry detergent or what they are taking a bath in. Try using dye, parfum, additive free stuff, and if anything to help ease the itch and hurt, Aveeno or homemade oatmeal baths are excellent.
