I take alfalfa for my roscea which is a skin condition I take 3in the morning 3 at lunch time and 3 at night for my skin it has really helped me.Also drink about 6 glasses of water a day or as much as you can drink. For the itching I suggest Vitamin E Complex soothes dry itchy skin.

I also have or had severe psoriasis. I feel for you because I know how horrible it can be. I went to many doctors and dermatologists, and never got any relief. Finally my dermatologist recommended that I get a shot (sorry, can’t remember what the medications was). He informed me that it could have major side effects, such as weight gain, depression, but worse….it could and had caused cancer. I would rather deal with psoriasis.

I chose to take matters into my own hands. I read everything I could find about psoriasis. As I’m sure you know, it is caused from an auto-immune deficiency. It can be hereditary and lead to many other problems.

betnovate is really excellent .also the sun dose wonders for it can you use a sunbed,,,,,,eat a banana before you go to bed then rub the skin over your skin, if you have a really terrible patch then bandage the banana skin over the terrible area over night…

I Know lots of people that have had eczema really terrible,and have tried EVERYTHING, only to have nothing really work.
Anyone from 3 years ancient to 80 years ancient.
Really sad.
Until they tried a lotion that I know of that has T-36 C3 melaleuca oil in it.( T-36 C3 is the highest grade of tea tree oil )
I personally do not have eczema or psoriasis,but this has really helped alot of people at a really reasonable price.

My dad had one of the worst cases seen by doctors in the US. I’m not excaggerating it’s right. He finished up having to do chemotherapy to help control it.

He said tanning always seemed to be the most helpful.

There is a product that smooths it out. It is not a permanant solution. It is called “Dead Sea Salt. I buy it from a store in the mall called Sabon. I tried looking it up on the internet, but did not find it. Any product with the dead sea salt in it is excellent. Do not feel disgusting. It is a materialistic world out there. But if someone doesn’t like you for who you are F**K them. It’s whats on the inside that matters.

Psoriasis is a persistent skin disease that got its name from the Greek word for “itch.” The skin becomes inflamed, producing red, thickened areas with silvery scales, most often on the scalp, elbows, knees, and lower back.
