I have had it for a long time …..STOP EATING AND DRINKING DAIRY , use dove UNSCENTED GENTLE EXFOLIATING soap and a steroidin ointment form called CLOBETASOL 0.5 % it dosent cure it but it really stops flaing and scaling and the red patches turn light pink ( so far at least ) i’ve also heard about that bnanna peel trick but i heard youre supposed to eat it
Try a banana peel (inside of course) on the affected area’s, rub the banana peel or tape it to the patches. It really really works, no joke!
Write a response if you see improvement.

i was recommended antibiotics by my doctor but she said they are known to cause liver disease/failure so i just stuck with that %2 shampoo stuff. im not risking my liver to cure psoriasis.
it was purely fruits and vegeatbles-if I cooksed anything it was either steamed boiled or baked absolutely no oil, no bread and no sugar, did that for weeks and still no help with the psorasis, but I did feel excellent emotionally on that diet-
WOW. I’m glad mine isn’t that terrible. I’ve had it most of my life (since I was about six). It started on my forehead and then went to behind and in my ears. Now it’s on my forehead, nose, random sopts on my body, scalp, and in & around my ears. I despise it. I use two topical solutions (a stronger one for my scalp as that’s where it’s worse). They work pretty well as long as I keep it up regularly.
yes that person is incorrect, I know that I went on a diet of ONLY fruits and veggies, absolutely no sugar, oil or bread for weeks and my psoriasis was still present, so a drink from veggis is not gonnna do it
I have a small spray bottle and i place hot water and some coconut oil in it, and spray my scalp a while before showering, you can do it a couple times a week or more or less, it helps with the flaking and itching, helps more if you add some hydrocortizone crm in it, and you have to shake it after evry couple sprays to keep the oil mixing in, this oil is simple to wash out too, not heavy
i m suffering from this evil since 1997. I am controlling it by applying locally clobetasol propionate & salcylic acid ointment. This gives me much relief and hope by the grace of Almighty it will give you some kind of relief to you too.
”’ i cried & cried for my lost shoes, until i went out and saw a man without feet….”
its all over me its so embarrassing and it keeps me from removing my shirt when it is extreamly hot out and its in my head and it flakes off all the time and i feel so embarrassed because its in my ears too and people question about it and it makes me want to weep
I have scalp Psoriasis i use the the steriod mouse the doctor gave me but he’s right it says you can only use it for 2 weeks but if you stop then it just come right back. 5 months along i’m still using it just to keep it at bay. I need to question my doctor though if there is anything to worry about if using it for that amount of time. I don’t want my hair falling out!
its all internal there its needed that you purge your system through detoxing teas taking multiple pills such as fish oil and flax seed oil shark oil to renurish your skin spritzing vinegar on you before sea salt baths . the whole purification takes 6-8 months oh stop drinking if you do it hurts the process

I usually keep my hair long to avoid people seeing it on my neck and ears when it appears there. Scarves and hats in winter help too.

Take multivitamins (A,B,C,D etc) and Iron tablets. They’re cheap. They should help boost your immune system.
